 Diet Tips:
Hi guys.weight loss is not as tough as you think…And I have reduced 20 kg  by reading many articles and doing as they said ,some gives effect and some not..Here the most common thing that works out for every one WITHOUT SIDE EFFECT.

1.REDUCE WEIGHT GRADUALLY 
Reduce  weight  Faster is not good … That will make your body weak…reducing your weight slowly will helps to have a constant weight…that means if you reduce your weight say 10kg in few weeks then if you are not following the diet after that, then it will lead you doubles your weight as you were in before. so don’t think to reduce  your weight faster… 

2. DRINK PLENTY WATER:
Drinking water helps you to reduce your weight…and don’t drink water after your meal or breakfast.  Minimum of 6 to 8 liter per day
Drink water in a empty stomach in the morning will clean your stomach and not only reduce your weight,but also that help you to increase your colour of your skin…

3.SPLIT YOUR MEALS
Having 4 to 6 small meals will help to reduce your body weight rather than having 3 meals per day.

4.DON’T EAT AFTER 7PM OR 7.30PM
Have Food 3 to 4 hours before bed…since when you eat and then slept immediately ,your intake will be stored as fat…so stop eating before 7pm

5.FRUITS
Daily a fruit will reduce  your  weight  and enhance your skin also ..But Don’t eat fruit  immediately after a meal. if you want to have a fruit after meal then have it after half an hour after meal.

6.DON'T SKIP BREAKFAST
Skipping your breakfast will NOT lead to reduce your weight instead it will gain weight …

7.SWEETS
Most of us want to have sweets , I will say YES you can have but don’t have huge amount. Have a small quality per day rather to have a three to four piece a day ,you can have a piece in two days.

8.JUNK FOOD
Yes major of us will eat junk foods .its highly dangerous …I know u can’t stop eating that ..but there is no way you need to stop junk food in some way …stopping immediately is also not good ..stop junk foods in periodic manner such that if you are eating junk foods daily then change that to three days a week,then two days a week…likewise stop junk in at least a period of six month is advisable 


By this surely you can reduce your weight ...
